The Tennessee Technological University Window
on the World (WOW) will be held in April 2007 with the Festival on Saturday,
the 14th, from 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the Roaden University Center and a Symposium
the day before on Friday, the 13th, from 10:10 to 11:00 in the Multipurpose Room
of the Roaden University Center.
Window on the World is an international festival celebrating cultural diversity and global harmony. All participants are invited to share in learning and caring about our Earth and its people. WOW is funded primarily by Center Stage and sponsored by the Globalization Committee of the College of Business, with special grants from Cummins Filtration and Walmart. It is partially funded under an agreement with Tennessee Arts Commission, and National Endowment for the Arts. Those who would like to participate as workers or to set up a table with an ethnic focus should contact Katie Kumar at kjkumar@tntech.edu Anyone ages 12 and up is invited to join a fun, interactive game called "An Amazing Race" and should register at the information desk.
