Student Opportunities

STUDENTS: ONE OF OUR MOST PRECIOUS RESOURCES

The Center realizes the value of involving students as active participants in the research process and strives to make research opportunities available to students from multiple academic disciplines. A world of learning opens to graduate and undergraduate students as they gain hands-on experience working with faculty members and support personnel in the field and in laboratories.

Much of the research in which students participate is conducted through interdisciplinary teams in conjunction with the following research programs:

Biology

Chemical Engineering

Civil and Environmental Engineering

Curriculum and Instruction

Electrical and Computer Engineering

Environmental Sciences

Mechanical Engineering

Tennessee Cooperative Fishery Research Unit
