Special Note
SPED 6020: Mental Retardation If you are a comprehensive SPED major in graduate school, SPED 6020 (Mental Retardation) is probably on your graduate program of study. In the past this course has sometimes been offered as an independent study. Grad students have also taken SPED 6920 during Summer Institute and substituted it for 6020. However, SPED 6920 will no longer be offered in Strand I (K-12) of Summer Institute. SPED 6020 will now be offered as a first term summer course, and first term courses begin on May 28th. So, if you need SPED 6020, please do not wait for Summer Institute in July. Sign up for SPED 6020 (call number 10116) during first term summer, starting this May.
