Senior Year Timeline

As you prepare to come to Tennessee Tech, follow this simple guide to keep you on track! This guide is for first-time freshman. If you’re transferring to Tech from another institution, take a look at our Transfer Enrollment Checklist instead! Apply for admission to Tennessee Tech!
Get all necessary admission documents turned in: high school transcripts, test scores, and your application fee.
✱ Once you’re admitted, you’ll need to:

Apply for scholarships!
Set up your Tech email!


✱ Sign up for any ACT or SAT tests you plan to take this fall before the scholarship deadline! 
✱ Visit for details!


Apply for the FAFSA on October 1
The Residential Life application opens for admitted students on October 1
✱ Take the ACT before the scholarship deadline.


Don’t forget to apply for admission if you haven’t already! The scholarship deadline is coming soon and you must be admitted to apply.
If you’ve decided not to fill out the FAFSA, be sure to verify your residency!


✱ The scholarship deadline is December 15.
✱ January 15 is the deadline for all supporting materials.


Contact your Admissions counselor with any questions you may have about your upcoming time at Tech.
If you haven’t visited campus yet, be sure to sign up for a visit!
With orientation and registration around the corner, make sure you’ve turned in all necessary health forms.
