What is Turfgrass Management?

Turfgrass Management provides students the opportunity to select a combination of agribusiness management and horticulture training.

What can I do With a Turfgrass Management Degree?

Graduates enter the following careers:

Graduates are prepared to pursue careers in culture, maintenance and management of athletic turf, golf courses, municipal, industrial, or home lawns, and other types of turf and related business.

Turfgrass Management at TTU

Turfgrass Management students will find many opportunities at Tennessee Tech that will enhance their learning experience. They are expected to complete at least one summer (or longer) internship(s), and are encouraged to complete more. Students may gain work experience on campus with Grounds Crew, or at the Tech Farm. The Tech Farm is located only 3 miles from campus.
