National Millennial Community
The National Millennial Community was founded in 2015 by Bill Imada of IW Group, Inc. We are a community of millennial thinkers who strive to change the conversation about the millennial generation. In our effort to change the conversation, NMC has executed multiple think tank conversations with key influencers in media and business.
Tennessee Tech represents the state of Tennessee in the community and has a team of current students and alumni that participate on executive calls and trips. Our Tennessee team has represented on each and every one of the 23 NMC trips to date, including multiple trips to the West Coast and will have one representative heading to Vienna, Austria in May! This community has allowed our Tech students to speak on behalf of our state and community, as well as bring back knowledge and new ideas to implement here at home.
Our Vision
is to create a dialogue that effectively changes the conversation about the millennial generation. We want to raise the standard of millennial thought and challenge the misconceptions created by the generation gap.
Our Mission
is to create an environment for the free exchange of ideas by providing a platform that intelligently communicates millennial thought.
Our Approach
is to actively engage the voices of the millennial generation via roundtable discussions and Think Tank conversations with key influencers in government, business and in the communities where we live and work.
