Details

Native American activist and advocate for environmental, women's and children's rights, Winona LaDuke is the founder and campaign director of the White Earth Recovery Project, a reservation-based land acquisition, environmental advocacy nad cultural organization. As a prominent human rights speaker, she is also founder and co-chair of the Indigenous Women's Network. Lecture and reception of light refreshments to take place in Derryberry Hall Tues., March 19 at 7 p.m. This is part of the Center Stage series in partnership with the Women's Center.
