Annual Events

Constitution Day

The Nolan Fowler Constitution Day Celebration commemorates the signing of the U.S. Constitution on Sept. 17, 1787. Named in honor of Nolan Fowler, a retired history professor at TTU who taught constitutional development at the university from 1962 to 1979. This planned annual event is made possible each year due to his commitment to establish the Constitution Day Celebration at TTU.
