Communication Organizations

There are numerous organizations students--Communication majors and non-majors--can become involved with in the Communication Department.


  • The Oracle - Our student-run newspaper is published nine times during the Fall and Spring semesters on Fridays. The content is primarily written by students and covers our campus news, student life, entertainment, sports, and opinions.   • The Eagle Yearbook - The Eagle Yearbook is published in the Spring of each year in hard back format. The Eagle chronicles students, faculty, and staff as well as life across the campus including events, student life, activities, and sports.   • WTTU 88.5 FM "The Nest" - WTTU is TTU's student radio station and Cookeville's only alternative radio station. You can listen to WTTU in on your radio, in your car, and stream it live to your computer. Our DJs come from every walk on campus--students, faculty, and staff!
