Slide Company is a jazz trombone ensemble formed in 2005 in order to give the guys with the slides a chance to blow!  Based in Nashville, TN and co-lead by William Huber and Joshua Hauser, this outstanding group has been featured twice on WPLN’s Live at Studio C, once alongside guest trombonist Joseph Alessi, and were selected as featured artists for the 2011 International Trombone Festival where they performed with guest artist Bill Watrous.  

Individual members of the group have performed and recorded with musicians and groups in all styles ranging from James Brown, Natalie Cole, Floyd Cramer, Boots Randolph, Mr. Jack Daniel's Original Silver Cornet Band, Bob Seeger, Keith Urban, The Temptations, and Mannheim Steamroller to artists such as Widespread Panic, the Louisiana Repertory Jazz Ensemble, Toshiko Akiyoshi, Sammy Nestico, the U.S. Army Orchestra, LeAnne Rimes, J.J. Johnson, Lorin Maazel, and Sir Simon Rattle.
