The MLK You Never Knew:
Celebrating His Legacy
Virtually on Monday, January 25, 2021 at 6 p.m.
“I have a Dream.” The Montgomery Bus Boycott. The Voting and Civil Rights Acts.
This impressive legacy of work is what usually comes to mind when we mention the name Dr. Martin Luther King. His legacy, however, is much deeper and many more lessons can be learned from this often overlooked and forgotten part of his teachings.
In this full-immersion virtual educational experience the presenter empowers the audience with an interactive and engaging approach. He utilizes a multi-media platform that includes video clips, historical photos, and virtual interactive activities to provide a historical narrative, compelling examples (sometimes Kings own words), and thought-provoking dialogue that honors Dr. King’s legacy.
The presentation celebrates this legacy and also challenges participants to honor it with personal calls to action.
Please fill out the information below and we will send the virtual log in information by Monday, January 25, 2021 at 11:59 pm. Spaces are limited so please reserve early.
