Josh's time with ITS began as a student worker in what was then called the Microsupport Office in 2005. After graduating with a B.S. in Management Information Systems, Josh was hired full-time. He first served as an interim Systems Administrator, and then as a Network Systems Analyst. In 2013, Josh was brought back to Academic & Client Technologies to be the Manager of the Tier1 IT Services, which now include the myTECH Helpdesk, TECHcheck (technology checkout), and Lab Patrol. Josh is certified in ITIL Service Management.
Josh enjoys spending time with family (wife, son, & daughter) and friends. His hobbies include gaming, illustrating comic books, competitive league bowling & going to the range.
