The Department of Counseling and Psychology at Tennessee Tech offers a variety of graduate programs designed to prepare you for exciting and challenging careers. We offer both Master's (M.A.) and educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degrees in various concentrations. Many of our programs lead to professional licensure in both public and private settings.
The majority of our graduate courses are offered in the evening and at night to accommodate students currently employed in the educational or professional settings.
Our department is composed of faculty from diverse backgrounds who attempt to embrace acceptance of a broad range of personal viewpoints, as well as theories of psychology and counseling. We believe that our greatest strength is our commitment to students and assisting them in meeting their educational goals. Students in our programs are afforded the special opportunity to work in collaboration with faculty to accomplish their educational goals.
