Help with TechConnect

I can't log in to TechConnect. What do I do?

Students... If you are unable to login to TechConnect, please ensure you are a currently enrolled student and you are using your campus domain username and password. Your campus domain username is the first half of your campus email address (everything before the "@students.tntech.edu"). If you need help resetting your campus domain/email password, please contact the MyTech HelpDesk at (931) 372-3975 or visit the password reset portal - https://ssp.tntech.edu.

Faculty/Staff/Advisors... All Tech faculty and staff who have "Faculty and/or Advisor" roles in Banner should be able to login to TechConnect using your Tech email credentials. If you cannot, please request access here.

How-To Tutorials

If you need assistance with utilizing TechConnect as student, faculty member or advisor, there are several how-to video tutorials available in the online tool. You will need to sign in to TechConnect to access the training videos. You can sign on by using the same log-in credentials as you would your TTU email. The Help Center is accessible by clicking on the question mark in the top right hand corner.

TechConnect Questions

For data related & user related issues within TechConnect, such as this GPA is incorrect, student's email information isn't displaying correctly, the student's grades earned in the Fall are not accurate, access to and/or training on TechConnect, contact TechConnect@tntech.edu.

  • Examples:
    • I don't have access to this function, but I think I should.
    • I need additional training to get up to speed on this tool.
    • How do I send an email to students, create a watchlist, etc.?
