National Manufacturing Day is October 2! NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP)
This program provides educational opportunities for Undergraduate Students, Graduate Students.
The Office of Research wants to remind you that the National Science Foundation announced the fall deadlines for students to apply to the Graduate Research Fellowship program. The GRFP provides three years of support for the graduate education of eligible individuals who have demonstrated their potential for significant research achievements in STEM or STEM education. Applications for this program are submitted directly by the student in the research.gov GRFP Application Module (https://www.research.gov/grfp/Login.do); however, we ask that all students planning to apply contact Jamie Murdock at (email@example.com) so we can ensure that all applicable internal paperwork is prepared prior to submission. Out in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (oSTEM) will have a meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 29 in Foster 233 at 11 a.m. We will be discussing upcoming events for the semester, as well as generating new ideas for other events the members would like to participate in. The club is open to all LGBTQI+ students, faculty, and staff, as well as allies. All majors are welcome. There is also an option to attend the meeting virtually via Zoom.
