Fall 2019 Engineering Graduates: Registration is open for

Please bring the exact amount or pay by check. There will be no refunds, although initiates who miss a ceremony for unavoidable reasons may participate in the next scheduled ceremony. If you wish to accept this invitation, please come by Clement Hall, Room 201, no later than noon, Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2019.

Induction into the Professions Ceremony will be held Friday, Dec. 13, 2019 at 3 p.m. in Derryberry Auditorium. Participants need to arrive by 2:45 p.m. The ceremony is public. Guests are invited and encouraged to attend the ceremony which will last approximately 45 minutes.

iMakerSpace Holiday Design Contest - Design and 3-D print and ornament for our tree for a chance to win great prizes! Winners announced Friday, Dec. 6th. Visit the iMakerSpace on the 3rd floor of the Library, Room 348 to design, 3-D print and submit your ornament.

The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering announces the Thesis Defense of Godson Ebenezer Adjovu in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Science in Civil Engineering Monday, Dec. 2, 2019 at 10 a.m. in Prescott Hall, Room 313.

Apply to be an Supplemental Instruction (SI) Leader for the College of Engineering, earning $10 per hour for up to 10 hours per week in the spring semester. We are offering positions for CSC 1300, CSC 1310, and ENGR 1120. To be an SI Leader, you must have earned a B or an A in the course, be able to attend that course, be able to offer 2-3 hours of help sessions per week, and attend meetings with Dr. Powell. The eBlast is a twice weekly email to Tech’s College of Engineering campus community – students, faculty and staff. It consolidates announcements, reminders of important registration dates, and special events within the college – like DENSO Day, block parties, career fairs and seminars. Engineering student organizations also post reminders of upcoming meetings.
