Purple Career Readiness Workshop on Sept. 10: Professionalizing My Resume to be Employer Ready

Join the Center for Career Development on Thursday, Sept. 10, beginning at 11:00 a.m. in the Roaden University Center Multipurpose Room (2nd floor) for the first Purple Career Readiness Workshop of the semester! Russ Coughenour, the Director of the Center for Career Development, will be breaking down the top-tier resume guide for soon to be graduates.

This event is open to all students in all majors and counts towards the Purple Career Readiness Certificate for junior and senior students. Bring your Eagle Card for a quick sign-in.

Student Group Meetings and Events

Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) Our first meeting is TODAY Tuesday, Sept. 1 at 11am. We will meet at iMakerSpace.  We will be giving the first ten new SME members a free 1-year membership. Since the space is limited, remote attendance is welcome at The topics we discuss will be as follows: Sept. 17 Student Success Fair, Oct 2 National Manufacturing Day, Membership Drive.  Jacob Moon, Chapter President | 

SEDS (Students for the Exploration and Development of Space) We will be meeting TOMORROW Wednesday, Sept. 2nd at 7pm through Teams. Anyone who is interested can email for further information.
