Design an ornament to go on our holiday tree! Feel free to use our machines in the makerspace! There will be three categories:

- FREEHAND AWARD: Wins a trophy (must be drawn with 3D pen)
- iMAKERSPACE CHOICE AWARD: Wins a trophy (be creative)

iMakerSpace Open House + Pancakes
Come visit the iMakerSpace in Volpe Library 348 from 11am to 12pm on November 18th to enjoy some pancakes and see some of the cool things the iMakerSpace has to offer! You will be able to design and “print” your own pancakes via the PancakeBots in the space! In addition to 3D printing pancakes, we will have open demonstrations of 3D scanning objects for 3D printing and laser cutting keychains with our GlowForge Pro.

- Pledge of the Computing Professional: $10 covers the cost of the pin and certificate.
- Order of the Engineering Technologist: $10 covers the cost of the pin and certificate.
Please bring the exact amount or pay by check. There will be no refunds, although initiates who miss a ceremony for unavoidable reasons may participate in the next scheduled ceremony. If you wish to accept this invitation, please come by Clement Hall 201, no later than Tuesday, Dec. 14, 2021.
Induction into the Professions Ceremony will be held Thursday, Dec. 16, 2021 at 3 p.m. in Derryberry Auditorium. Participants need to arrive by 2:45 p.m.
