Programmable Logic Controllers Laboratory

PLC is the industrial automation standard in today's industry. PLCs are good choices for many types of control problems, from simple discrete essential to complicated automatic control. Recently, the PLC lab was established to support the Electrical and Computer Engineering PLC MET 4620 - Senior Projects; MET 4990 - Special Projects and several workshops for industry. The laboratory is equipped with eight Allen-Bradley PLC’s with RSLogix 500 software as well as automatic control applications developed by students.
