Graham Campbell studied at the Wendell Castle School prior to completing an MFA at Virginia Commonwealth University. He is now a Professor of Art at Tennessee Tech University and has run the wood program at the Appalachian Center for Craft for the last 25 years. He has taught workshops and lectured at programs around the country, served two terms on the board of the Tennessee Association of Craft Artists and in 1999 he hosted the annual conference of the Furniture Society.

Each year he produces a number of contemporary pieces of furniture using bold form, sumptuous surface, and a lively sense of humor.

These are acquired by corporations, museums and collectors.
