Forms must be filed by midterm of the semester in which 15 credit hours will be earned in order to register for the succeeding semester.

IRB for PROTECTION OF HUMAN SUBJECTS
All research involving human subjects require approval from the Institutional Review Board for the Protection of Human Subjects. Click here to go to the webpage for the Office of Research concerning IRB.

Graduation applications must be filed by the end of the first week of the semester in which you will graduate.
