Changing Applicant Status

Changing a Workflow - Selected for Interview or Recommend for Hire:

  1. Click on the Postings tab and select employment group from the drop-down box.
  2. Select the Position Number or Working Title.
  3. Select Applicants (between History and Reports). Scroll down to see the applicants.
  4. Put a check in the box beside the applicant’s name > toggle over the Actions button > select Move in Workflow > select the drop-down box beside Change for all applicants > select Selected for Interview or Recommend for Hire > Save changes.

Changing Multiple Workflow States - Selected for Interview:

  1. Click on the Postings tab and select employment group from the drop-down box.
  2. Select the Position Number or Working Title.
  3. Select Applicants (between History and Reports). Scroll down to see the applicants.
  4. Check the box beside the name of each applicant that needs to be moved forward in the workflow.
  5. Toggle over the Actions button > select the Move in Workflow.
  6. Select the workflow state from the drop-down box right of Change for all applicants > select Selected for Interview.
  7. Select Save changes.
