Workers Compensation 101
This 45 minute presentation walks attendees through properly reported a work related injury. Reporting methods, workers compensations pay, leave, and return to work policies are covered during the session. Attendees will have an opportunity to participate in a question and answer session.
Auto Liability Notification Training
This 45 minute presentation walks attendees through the reporting process for employees who drive state or personal vehicles in an official capacity. Attendees will have an opportunity to participate in a question and answer session.
TimeClock+ (TCP) will be our new timekeeping system for all hourly, temporary employees and student workers effective August 1. Supervisors will now be required to approve their employees' timesheets through the online portal. Paper timesheets will no longer be accepted for any time after August 1. This training will provide an overview and demonstration of the system.
Coaching for Growth
This session will focus on tools that will allow supervisors to leverage current and untapped skills in employees to assist them in professional growth. Coaching for Growth will explore how to engage employees in the strategic plan and campus culture/engagement.
Dealing with Difficult People
This session will offer suggestions and methods to deal with frustration in the workplace. You will learn how to counter negativity, reroute complaints back to the university purpose, and be provided with techniques to promote positivity.

Customer Service Basics will focus on time management, communication, conflict resolution, and managing stress.
