What is supported?
The TTU ResNet support person will be responsible for helping you get connected to the Internet using your connection. If you encounter problems with your Ethernet connection or the software needed to connect to the Internet, please contact TTU ResNet at extension 6566 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please see the document Hardware and Software Requirements for further details on what you need to connect and what we can assist with.
For problems using University supported applications , please call HelpDesk at extension 3975. The HelpDesk person is located in Clement Hall 313 and available during the hours that the lab is staffed and open.
How to Get Help

Network connection support for students using the Residential Networks shall be handled by TTU ResNet. If you need support, please call x6566 or email ResNet@tntech.edu and leave a detailed message, including your Name and Campus Phone Number.
