TALC (Tennessee Academic Library Collaborative) cards allow TTU students, faculty, and staff to check out items from University of Tennessee Libraries and Tennessee Board of Regents Libraries. This application form is only for TTU students, faculty, and staff.

    Guidelines and Responsibilities

    I understand that by submitting this form I confirm that I am a currently enrolled TTU student or currently employed TTU faculty / staff. I accept full responsibility for all materials borrowed. I agree to be responsible for returning materials within the loan period granted, and I am liable for the cost of replacing lost or damaged materials charged out to my account and for any collection fees incurred by the University during collection procedures.

    Cards issued to faculty / staff will be valid for one year and may be renewed as long as the person remains eligible for this service. Cards must be renewed through the Volpe Library director's office. Cards issued to students will be valid for one academic term and may be renewed as long as the student remains eligible for this service.     At a participating lending library, the borrower must present a valid TBR / UT borrower's card and a photo I.D. when borrowing materials. No other form of I.D. will be accepted. The lending library reserves the right to cancel the privileges of borrowers who fail to follow the policies of the library.

    Participating libraries are University of Tennessee Libraries and Tennessee Board of Regents Libraries.
