What is Room 248?
Room 248 is a multi-purpose meeting and classroom space. It is used primarily for library instruction, but it can be reserved for non-library purposes if it is available. Since library instruction has priority, other requests can be scheduled during the third week of the semester or later.
How do I reserve Room 248?
If you would like library instruction or a librarian present, please complete the instruction request form. If it is for non-library related purposes, please contact the Library Administration office at 931-372-3408 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Non-library requests will not be scheduled until the third full week of the semester.
Policies & Procedures
- The Library and the Technology Institute will have first priority on the use of the instruction room.
- If the room is not in use by the Library or Technology Institute, it can be used by any campus office for university-related business.
- The room may not be used for regularly scheduled class meetings.
- Non-library requests will not be scheduled until the third full week of the semester.
