Food Systems Administration
Food service is the nation's third largest industry, and food systems administration
students are prepared for broad-based careers in food service and production, food
research, food science, and other management opportunities within the food industry.
They gain hands-on experience through the student-operated South Hall Friday Café
and field experiences in local and national food companies.
