‘Liberal Redneck’ at Tennessee Tech Oct. 10

A two-time Tennessee Tech University alumnus recently earning national attention for his "Liberal Redneck" series of viral videos, Trae Crowder will participate in a question and answer session in Tech’s Derryberry Hall Auditorium Tuesday, Oct. 10 at 11 a.m.

Crowder has been performing his particular brand of southern intellectual comedy in the southeast and beyond for the past six years. He is also a writer and is currently a member of NBC Universal's Talent Infusion Program after being invited to their prestigious Late Night Writers Workshop in 2015.

Crowder earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology at Tech in 2008 and a Master of Business Administration degree from the university in 2009.

This is a Center Stage event made possible by the university’s general education fund. It is free and open to the public but students get priority seating. This event is not suitable for children under 13.

Derryberry Hall is located at 1 William L. Jones Drive, Cookeville.
