The Cookeville Area Transit System (CATS) buses have switched to their summer hours.
Monday through Thursday, the green route operates from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. On Fridays, it runs from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and on Saturday, it runs from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Green route buses run in a clockwise pattern starting at the UCHRA Hub and making its first stop at Walmart.
At Tennessee Tech University, the green route stops every hour at 35 minutes past at Tech Village. It stops outside Roaden University Center every hour at 40 minutes past and at the School of Nursing and Health Services building at 41 minutes past the hour.
The purple route only runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. It travels around the town in a counter-clockwise pattern beginning at the Hub and making its first stop at the Goodwill shopping center.
On campus, the purple route stops at the School of Nursing and Health Services Building at 10 minutes past every hour and at the Roaden University Center one minute later, at 11 minutes past. It stops at Tech Village at 16 minutes past the hour.
