An exhibition of contemporary craft media by the faculty of the Appalachian Center for Craft will be on display through April 14 in the Craft Center’s Gallery Two.
The five full-time faculty members are nationally and internationally renowned and respected craft artists in the fields of clay, Vince Pitelka,; fibers, Jeanne Brady; glass, Curtiss Brock; metals, Robert Coogan; and wood, Graham Campbell.
All faculty members have masters of fine arts degrees in their fields and are extremely active in exhibiting their work, presenting workshops, publishing, participating in professional craft organizations, in addition to teaching and performing personal studio work.
The Appalachian Center for Craft, a satellite campus of Tennessee Tech University, is located approximately six miles from Interstate 40 at Exit 273 (Smithville / McMinnville). Go south on Highway 56, and turn left immediately after crossing Hurricane Bridge. This drive leads to the Craft Center.
