<Looking for something fun, different and educational to do with the kids?>
Young learners can dive and splash into the forces and properties of liquids on Saturday, April 14, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Tennessee Tech University's Millard Oakley STEM Center during the Fantastic Fluids STEM Safari Saturday program.
Through hands-on experimentation children pre-kindergarten through 3rd grade and their families, older siblings welcome, will experience concepts of density, absorption, adhesion, cohesion, surface tension, suspension, and buoyancy in a series of interactive activities led by Jane Baker.
Reservations are required for Safari Saturdays, but admission is free. Families may make reservations using the online MarketPlace store available on the STEM Center's website.
Parent/guardians must accompany and remain with the child/children during Saturday Safari programs.
