The Interactive Science and Engineering Fair Seminar Night for Students and Parents is Friday, Nov. 5, from 5 p.m. To 6:30 p.m. at the Oakley STEM Center in Ray Morris Hall at TTU.
The seminar is appropriate for Senior Division Students throughout the region in grades 10, 11 and 12. However, Junior Division students in grades 7, 8 and 9 are welcome to attend.
Students who attend will have the opportunity to work with and learn from TTU's science and engineering experts while finding project resources, learning display design, how to do background research, citing references, and more. This experience will allow them to produce a more competitive project for the upcoming regional fair.
The 57th Annual Cumberland Plateau Science and Engineering Fair is planned for March 25 & 26, 2011, and will be hosted by the Oakley STEM Center.
