The committee in charge of organizing the annual Autumn Bacchanal, which supports student scholarships in art and fine craft at Tennessee Tech University and the Appalachian Center for Craft, is gearing up for this year’s event.

Set for 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 9, at Spankies Restaurant, just off the TTU campus in Cookeville, the Bacchanal will feature wine and beer tasting, a decadent cocktail buffet and a live auction and craft sale beginning at 2:30 p.m. Guests will receive complimentary wine glasses, and free valet parking will be available.
