Social media are powerful marketing tools for small business owners, but not everyone knows how to use the media to their advantage. Tennessee Tech University’s Tennessee Small Business Development Center will host a seminar on social media marketing from 10 a.m. to noon April 24 in the conference room of Progressive Savings Bank in Cookeville.
Jen Dangelo, director of TTU’s TSBDC, will address how to market your business through social networks such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and blogs. Co-sponsored by the TTU College of Business, the seminar will explain how social networking increases visibility, strengthens your brand and generates more sales for your business.
Progressive Bank, a co-sponsor and host of the event, is located at 1080 Interstate Drive in Cookeville.
