Tennessee Tech's University's Visual Art Society, a student art organization, will be presenting its annual Holiday Art and Fine Craft Sale in the Joan Derryberry Art Gallery in TTU's Roaden University Center on Thursday and Friday, December 2-3, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Show your support for emerging artists at TTU as you shop a wide variety of one-of-a-kind handmade works crafted by the students. Shop for ceramic bowls, cups and platters, numerous types of jewelry, hand-blown glass vases and bowls, ornaments, paperweights, sculptural pieces, decorative ironwork, photography and paintings, as well as fibers, textiles, wearable art, and much more.

"The VAS sale gives the students first-hand experience in presenting, promoting and selling their art to the public," said Ellen Kleckner, VAS president and bachelor of fine arts degree ceramics major. "Plus, VAS raises funds for art students to attend national conferences, host visiting artists, and gain professional presentation experience."
