Calendar Batch Import

First, download the CSV file.

A sample row is available for example only, delete this row once you have added content. Listed is each column title and what it relates to on the event page. Once you have entered your events, save the file as a CSV and email it to webmaster@tntech.edu.

EventTitle: Title of your event.

Description: Details of your event.

Cost: If no cost, use "Free". If cost, enter amount ($5).

EventDate: month/day/year (mm/dd/yy)

StartTime: Use 24hr times (14:30 = 2:30 pm)

EndTime: Use 24hr times

AllDay: 0 = No, 1 = Yes

LocationID: See list here. If you use ID, do not enter any other location data.

LocationName: Name of the location.

LocationAddress: Street address

LocationAddress2: Additional street address

LocationCity: City your event is in.

LocationSate: Use state abbreviations (TN)

LocationZip: City zip code. Tech is 38505

LocationCountry: USA

ContactName: Your name or best contact for the event. This can be a departmental name.

ContactEmail: Your email or best contact email for event. This can be a departmental email.

ContactPhone: Not required, but can be used. This can be a departmental number.

ContactURL: Not required but recommended, but you can use departmental website.

Billboard: We don't use this. Keep as 0

SeriesID: Keep blank
