Business & Fiscal Affairs

The Business Office no longer issues printed billings. Access your student account via Eagle Online, review the activity on your account, and determine an up-to-date balance due.

Early Registration

Students who select courses during early registration should be mindful of the payment/enrollment confirmation deadline which is usually about 10 to 14 days prior to the actual start of the semester. See here for specific deadlines. As this deadline approaches, the Bursar will send reminders to your TTU email address if you have not properly paid fees/confirmed enrollment. If you fail to pay/confirm enrollment by the deadline, the University is required to delete your course schedule to free up class seats for other students.

Regular Registration

Students who select courses during regular registration must pay fees quickly to avoid being assessed a $100 late registration fee. The late fee is assessed for fee payments made after the start of classes during Spring and Summer semesters, and after the Sunday immediately following regular registration for Fall Semester. See here for specific deadlines. Fees for courses selected during regular registration must be paid and/or enrollment confirmed by the last day to add courses or change sections to avoid schedule deletion.

Monthly Student Account Billings

The Bursar's Office issues monthly e-billings for student accounts having an outstanding balance. The billing system will send an email notice to your TTU email address notifying you to review your account and take appropriate action to clear your account.

Billing Address

The billing system recognizes only your TTU email address; therefore, it is very important to routinely review your TTU email. Within the billing system, you may designate an alternate email address for your billing notices. (Note this is not the same as setting a priority email within Banner Student.) In addition, you may designate the email address of any third parties -- such as your parents -- to whom you would like your e-billings sent. This will permit these third parties access to your account and enable them to make payments on your behalf.

Detailed instructions to help students navigate through the Touchnet bill payment system are being prepared and will be available soon.
