When submitting a work order request to the Telecommunications Office for a telephone station move, change, or new installation please submit the request a minimum of 7 to 10 business days prior to the services being needed.
Beginning January 1st, the procedures for reporting telephone and cable television issues will change. Faculty, staff and the students who live on campus will be able to report telephone and cable television repair needs on-line with a few clicks. All work requests and service issues will be entered into the same TMA system utilized by Facilities, but in a different application.
As a reminder, all requests for new installations or changes that incur cost(s) to the originating department will still require the appropriate authorization be provided. After initiating a work request in TMA, users can attach a memo with approval signatures or attach a copy of the Work Request Form (Telephone Services Service Request Form) available by clicking the link below.
