Reporting an Accident
It is the goal of Tennessee Tech University to prevent injury to staff, faculty, students, and visitors at Tennessee Tech University. One component of comprehensive injury prevention program is incident/accident investigation.
This Accident Reporting Procedure shall apply to students, visitors, staff and faculty at Tennessee Tech University while on campus property, engaged in university-sponsored activities, and while students, visitors, staff and faculty are also engaged in offsite, University sponsored activities. This procedure shall also apply to any temporary employees or contractors.
