TENNESSEE TECH OUTSTANDING FACULTY AWARDS
The Tennessee Tech Outstanding Faculty Awards are conferred each spring to candidates who exemplify the qualities of an accomplished faculty member, both as educators and as members of the community. These awards were established to acknowledge and honor the efforts and achievements of Tennessee Tech’s most dedicated educators.
The Tennessee Tech University Outstanding Faculty Award in Teaching is presented to two faculty members once per academic year. This award is presented to faculty who have demonstrated a continuous commitment to excellence in teaching and learning and who represent the educational vision of Tennessee Tech University.
The Tennessee Tech University Outstanding Faculty Award for Professional Service is presented once per academic year to a faculty member who has served the university community in areas beyond teaching and research and has volunteered services in their field of expertise to members of the local, state, or national communities.

January 25, 26, 29 & February 5, 6, 7: Call for nominations in Tech Times.
February 22: Nominations closed.
February 26: Nominees notified and materials requested.
March 2: Deadline for references.
March 12: Deadline for Portfolio.
April 19: Winners announced at the Faculty Awards Recognition Reception.
