Fitness Class Descriptions

Tone and Burn: This class mixes resistance training, cardio, and intervals for a great full body workout.  Come get toned with Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor Haley Maynard.

Morning Shred: Wake Up!  Start your day off right with a FREE class taught by Campus Recreation staff member Misti.  If you want a mix of core and cardio, while getting some vitamin D, come join us!  Be sure to bring a water and towel.

Spin It: A group fitness experience on a stationary bike! Great for everyone: male, female, conditioned, deconditioned- because YOU control your pace and resistance.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga: This is an energizing and strengthening form of yoga with a focus on core stability and dynamic stretching. All levels are welcome!
