Fitness Class Descriptions

Bend: A bit of gymnastics and ballet stretching practices, throw in some yoga, multiple muscle conditioning, top it all off with breathing techniques and mash it together and you have The Bend ClassTM.

HIIT Mix: A full body interval training class mixed with dancing to keep that heart rate high!

Spin It: A group fitness experience on a stationary bike! Great for everyone: male, female, conditioned, deconditioned- because YOU control your pace and resistance.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga: This is an energizing and strengthening form of yoga with a focus on core stability and dynamic stretching. All levels are welcome!
