A fitness assessment consists of a variety of tests to measure your current fitness level, assists in planning your Exercise Recommendation, and measures your current program. You will be evaluated in these 5 areas to determine your current fitness level: Resting Heartrate and Blood Pressure; Body Composition; Sub-Maximal Cardiovascular Fitness; Flexibility; and Muscular Strength. Each of these areas is compared to national norms to identify your strengths as well as areas that need work. You will receive a report that gives you general recommendations to improve your fitness. To be eligible for these services, you must be a current student with at least 6 hours, a member, or eligible non-member. Appointments are necessary and the appropriate fee(s) must be paid prior to your assessment.
