After being admitted to TTU, you will need to review this checklist below to ensure your first semester on-campus is as smooth as possible. Remember, the Office of Orientation and Student Success is here to help you. If you cannot find the contact information for a department below, email us at Orientation@tntech.edu.


Enrollment Checklist

Contact your academic department to setup an advisement appointment and receive your registration information. A list of academic department contact information is available at tntech.edu/studentaffairs/orientation/sorientation/academic.

Check your TTU student email account for your Spring Orientation invitation. This email will include how/when to register for Spring Orientation. To access your campus email, visit tntech.edu/studentemail.

Have you submitted the required health documentation? Student Health Form & Hepatitis/Meningitis Form. For questions, contact Health Services at HealthServices@tntech.edu. *Include your Tech ID Number and full name.Complete By: January 13, 2015.

If living on-campus, review information about your residence hall (listed here) and check your campus email (access here) for information from the Office of Residential Life regarding items to bring and what to leave at home. *Items to bring will be sent after January 2, 2015, which is when housing assignments are also emailed to students.

Login to Eagle Online to review your Financial Aid information. If you have questions, contact the Office of Financial Aid via email: FinancialAid@tntech.edu. *Include your Tech ID Number and full name.

Select a parking permit and choose a meal plan option before confirming your enrollment for this Spring! *If you are a new freshman admitted for the Spring semester and living on-campus, you will be required to select a meal plan. If a meal plan is not selected, you will be automatically registered for the minimum on-campus meal plan option.

Don't forget to confirm and make payment for tuition! All students must "Confirm Enrollment" to keep registered schedules for each semester at TTU. For information on how to complete this process, click here.
If registered for classes prior to January 7, 2015 then you must complete this process by January 7, 2015.
If registered for classes after January 18, 2015 then you must complete this process by January 18, 2015.

Order your textbooks from the TTU bookstore! Our University Bookstore will have them ready when you arrive on-campus and ensure you have the right edition for each class. Pay using credit card or your excess financial aid. The deadline to purchase books using your excess financial aid is January 7, 2015 by 5:00pm Central Time. *Must be registered for classes before using excess aid to purchase textbooks.

Register for TTUAlert to stay informed during a campus emergency.

Remotely register your laptop or computer on the TTU network before beginning classes. Instructions are available by clicking the following link: Network Remote Registration Instructions.

*If applicable... Students interested in requesting disability accommodations must contact the Office of Disability Services and submit proper documentation. For more information, click here.

Once you arrive on-campus for the Spring, all on-campus and off-campus students will need to get a parking permit. To get yours, stop by the University Police department located in Foundation Hall Room 100.
