Enrollment Checklist

Contact your academic department to setup an advisement appointment and receive your registration information. A list of academic department contact information is available at

Check your TTU student email account for your Transfer Orientation invitation. This email will include how/when to register for Transfer Orientation. To access your campus email, visit

Have you submitted the required health documentation? Student Health Form & Hepatitis/Meningitis Form. For questions, contact Health Services at *Include your Tech ID Number and full name. Complete By: August 18, 2015.

If living on-campus, review information about your residence hall ( listed here) and check your campus email (access here) for information from the Office of Residential Life regarding items to bring and what to leave at home. *Items to bring will be sent after July 15, 2015, which is when housing assignments are also emailed to students.

Login to Eagle Online to review your Financial Aid information. If you have questions, contact the Office of Financial Aid via email: *Include your Tech ID Number and full name.

Select a parking permit and choose a meal plan option before confirming your enrollment for this Fall!

Don't forget to confirm and make payment for tuition! All students must "Confirm Enrollment" to keep registered schedules for each semester at TTU. For information on how to complete this process, click here.
If registered for classes prior to August 12, 2015 then you must complete this process by August 12, 2015.
If registered for classes after August 12, 2015 then you must complete this process by August 23, 2015.

Order your textbooks from the TTU bookstore! Our University Bookstore will have them ready when you arrive on-campus and ensure you have the right edition for each class. Pay using credit card or your excess financial aid. The deadline to purchase books using your excess financial aid is August 12, 2015 by 5:00pm Central Time. *Must be registered for classes before using excess aid to purchase textbooks.

Our TTUAlert system allows students to stay informed during a campus emergencies via text and email. Students will receive a prompt when logging in to Eagle Online to enter a mobile telephone number or choose to opt-out.

Once you arrive on-campus for the Spring, all on-campus and off-campus students will need to get a parking permit. To get yours, stop by the University Police department located in Foundation Hall Room 100.

If living on-campus, be sure to make arrangements for Great Move-In Day (August 20, 2015).
