The Annual Enrollment/Open Enrollment period for benefits that take effect Jan. 1, 2014, is Oct. 1, 2013, through Nov. 1, 2013. The deadline to make any changes or additions is 4:30 p.m. CST Nov. 1, 2013. Enrollments/changes will not be accepted after the deadline.

To better serve you, we created a TTU Open Enrollment page on the HR website This details the available benefits, how to make your changes, and more.  We are having four help sessions in Clement Hall Computer Lab 313A.  Drop by Clement with your questions, or if you need help processing your changes. For dates and times, visit the website.

If you want the Flexible Spending Account, Medical and/or Dependent Care, you must enroll each year.  We are waiting on the 2014 Flexible Spending Guide and Enrollment from TBR.  The website will be updated as soon as those are received.
If you are happy with your current benefits selections, no action is required to remain enrolled in your current coverage.
Your benefits are outlined in the 2014 Decision Guide, which you received at your home address if you are in the State Health Plan.  If you are not a plan member or did not get it, you can access this on the TTU Open Enrollment Website.

If you want to enroll in or make changes to your benefits listed (page 5), you must do so using Employee Self Service in Edison. There are step-by-step ESS instructions in your Decision Guide.
A letter with your Edison user ID and temporary password was mailed from State Benefits Administration to plan members the week of Sept. 24.  If you did not receive it, we will have that information at the help sessions.

To learn how to use ESS, you can watch the video:

Remember to turn on your speakers.

If you have additional questions, please attend one of the four help sessions listed on the website:
