Published: Fri Aug 12, 2011Partners for Health have sent notifications to employees stating that you have NOT met the Partnership Promise in 2011 and will be transferred to the Standard PPO in 2012.
Some employees are receiving this letter by mistake. If you have received this letter, you MUST respond directly to APS Healthcare.
If you received this letter and have completed all of the Partnership requirements OR you came on the plan after March 2011, you can appeal this decision.
Call 1-888-741-3390. Call center hours are 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Monday - Friday CST. If you came on the plan after March 2011, you must have your member ID from your insurance card. Make sure you tell them your effective date and that you were not required to meet the promise in 2011.
If you received this letter and want to appeal, please follow the appeal process in the letter.
TTU Human Resource office cannot appeal for you and cannot call them. They require direct contact with the employee and will not allow us to handle this for the employee. We appreciate your patience.
Remember: You MUST have your member ID from your insurance card when calling.
