Mix & Mingle Registration

Event Date: Friday, August 23 from 5:00pm - 8:00pm
Event Location: N Dixie Ave/Centennial Plaza

Event Description: The Student Organization Mix & Mingle is considered to be a highly successful part of Week of Welcome. Hosted by the Offices of New Student & Family Programs and Student Activities, many student organizations sponsor a booth/table where games can be played and prizes given. This event provides a casual environment for students to meet people and learn more about the different organizations that are offered on Tech’s campus. *Your organization must be officially recognized by Tennessee Tech and complete a registration form to participate.

Registration Deadline: August 7, 2019.

Event Information

Due to limited space, organizations/clubs may only use the table provided. Tables are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Electricity will not be provided. 

If your organization/club chooses to play a game, please include this in the comments section to be approved by the Office of Student Activities. If you will be handing out giveaway items (koozies, croakies, cups, pens, etc), please include this below. 

The following items are prohibited:

  • No generators and amplification systems (including bullhorns & electronic megaphones)
  • No games that resemble or influence binge drinking 
  • No dunk tanks and inflatable games
  • No glass containers or objects of any kind

All registrations are subject to approval by the Offices of New Student & Family Programs & Student Activities.

Please include any items your organization is planning to giveaway at your table.
