Dr. Anitsal’s research interests include entrepreneurship, services marketing, customer value and new service/product development as well as marketing education, online education, business/marketing ethics. She especially enjoys integrative interdisciplinary research. Dr. Anitsal has more than 50-refereed published and forthcoming articles in numerous journals. She contributes in many scholarly service activities such as being an editor of special issues, serving on the editorial boards of various conferences and scholarly journals. She has extensive business experience with multinational companies such as Proctor and Gamble, J.Walter Thompson, Mölnlycke, Turkcell in international settings. She practiced marketing strategy development, branding, new product/service development, integrated marketing communications at different management levels from technical brand manager, strategic planner to marketing manager positions in the corporate world.
