Student Organizations Being involved in a student organization is an opportunity to connect and make a difference.
More than 200 student organizations exist at Tech, offering something for any student
interested in connecting to the campus community. Religious, service, honors, special
interests and academic department organizations are established based on student interest
and new organizations can be established by interested students. Fraternity & Sorority Life Fraternity & Sorority Life organizations come with close bonds, friendship and leadership
opportunities for students to get involved. During the semester, Tech’s FSL organizations
typically participate in more than 100 community service projects and raise thousands
of dollars for charities. SGA Students have the opportunity to express their opinions and collaborate with university
administrators through the Student Government Organization. Consisting of student-selected
executive officers, senators and supreme court, SGA serves as a liaison between the
student body and university administrators to foster a strong sense of community on
campus.
