Bio

Prior to coming to Tech, Mick spent 30+ years in business and industry.  With an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, Mick worked for a Fortune 200 organization as a Designer, Engineering Manager, Technical Manager, and Plant Manager, getting his Professional Engineering license and MBA (from University of PA, Bloomsburg) along the way.  Subsequent positions involved Operations, Supply Chain, and IT Management for local, national and international businesses.  

His academic focus at Tech is Operations Management, Logistics, and Supply Chain with a strong desire to connect students and local industry.  In his spare time, Mick enjoys anything outdoors, especially spending time with his wife, children, and seven grandchildren.
